INGREDIENTS

    1 cup water
    2 cardamom pods
    1 ½ tsp Nilgiri Tea
    ½ cup milk
    Sugar as required

DIRECTIONS

– Heat water and add cardamom. Once it comes to a boil, add tea and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
– Off flame and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
– Pour in individual glasses, add milk and sugar as required and stir.
