INGREDIENTS

    First marinade:
    4 pieces of Chicken breast, boneless
    2 tsp Garlic Paste
    1 tsp Ginger paste
    For the curry paste:
    100 gms Cilantro
    50 gm Mint
    2-3 Green chillies
    2-3 Curry leaves
    Coconut milk 10 grams
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Garnish:
    50 gm Fresh cream
    Black Pepper
    5 gms Fresh herbs
    4 nos Marigold flower

DIRECTIONS

An offbeat yet simple recipe for party dinners, special days and more!

Method:

1. Marinate the chicken with the herbs and olive oil.

2. Fry the chicken lightly and transfer it onto a flat pan. Cook for a while.

3. Cook the green paste in the same oil and add the coconut cream.

4. Plate the dish and serve.
