In a bowl cream the butter with the help of whisk.
Add the brown sugar.
Whisk well so that both the ingredients are well blended.
Add 1 egg.
With the help of spatula clear the sides and mix all the ingredients.
Add the oats.
Add the vanilla powder.
Add the toasted and chopped walnuts.
Add the chocolate chips.
Add the flour.
Add the cinnamon powder.
Add the baking soda.
With the help of spatula mix all the ingredients.
On a baking tray line the baking sheet/ parchment paper.
With the help of an ice cream scooper or spoon or hands line the cookies.
Bake the cookies in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 mins.
TIP: for crisper cookies bake them for an additional 2 mins.
Cookies are ready to serve!
