Wondering what to make for dinner tonight? Today, Shagun will show you how to make a light, healthy yet extremely tasty Goan Kismur in Red Rice Kanji.
1. In a pressure cooker, add in the soaked Goan red rice with some water, chicken stock and salt. Let it cook for about 20-25 minutes.
2. Once cooked, pour it into a bowl and add in soy sauce, palm vinegar and sesame oil.
3. Top it off with coriander, chillies, shredded ginger, spring onions and the dried prawns.
4. Serve hot!
