Organic Steamed Banana Cake

Procedure
- Transfer the mashed bananas into a mixing bowl
- Add the rice paste
- Add the liquid jaggery
- Mix well
- Add the grated coconut
- Add the cardamom powder
- Mix well
- Take a banana leaf
- TIP: Slightly roast the leaf in an oven or on fire
- Add 2 tbsp of the mixture on to the banana leaf
- Roll the leaf and close from all sides
- Place the rolled leaf into the steamer
- And repeat the process with the remaining
- Steam the banana cakes for 15- 20 mins
- Top it up with ghee/ butter
- Ready to serve
