Pannagam is a traditional Ram Navami prasadam recipe made from jaggery, pepper, and chilled water. Try this easy prasad recipe by Preetha and serve it to your guests this Ram Navami.

INGREDIENTS

    ¾ teaspoon Crushed Cardamom
    6 to 7 Black peppercorns
    ½ teaspoon Dry Ginger powder
    ½ cup grated Jaggery, dissolved in ½ cup water
    2 ½ cups Chilled Water
    2 tsp Lime juice
    Few Tulsi leaves
    1 Pinch Edible camphor

DIRECTIONS

Using a mortar pestle, crush black pepper with ginger powder and cardamom.
In a bowl, combine dissolved jaggery with the crushed spices, chilled water, and lime juice.
Stir well.
Add crushed edible camphor and tulsi leaves, mix and serve.
