A favourite in almost every Indian household, get your hands on an easy palak paneer recipe.

INGREDIENTS

    1 bowl palak (spinach) paste
    1 bowl ground masala (onion, ginger, garlic, black pepper, cinnamom and clove)
    2 green chillies
    50 g paneer (cottage cheese)
    1 tbsp malai
    Salt to taste
    Oil
    Water

DIRECTIONS

1. In a heated pan, add in oil, chillies, ground masala and mix.

2. Add in cream, palak paste, cottage cheese, salt and mix well.

3. Let it cook. Garnish and serve.
