Bored of same old plain puri? Try this पालक पुरी Palak Puri recipe by Pallavi to bring about the much-needed change to your taste buds. You can pair this healthy puri with any curry or pickle.

INGREDIENTS

    Spinach leaves
    Ginger 1/2 inch piece
    Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.
    Black salt 1/2 teaspoon.
    Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
    Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon.
    Wholewheat flour
    Oil 2 tablespoons.

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl add in flour, spinach leaves, ginger, cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, garam masala and mix it all together to form a dough.
Knead the dough and roll small shaped circles
Fry them in oil
Palak puri is ready to serve.
