Panchyaamrut by Archana


  • Heat oil and add hing. turmeric, rai, jeera and chopped green chillies. Stir them well.
  • Add tamarind water and gur. Mix well till the jaggery melts.
  • Add water as required and chopped coconut, mixture of ground peanuts and til. Mix well.
  • Put salt to taste and whole peanuts.
  • Boil for 5 minutes so that the whole peanuts are cooked well.
  • Pour the Panchyaamrut in a bowl and Ready to serve.
