If you have extra milk lying in the jar, then why not use it to make some paneer? And once you are done with making paneer, just scramble it for a quick and delicious paneer bhurji. Simple as that! Stay hooked to know more!

INGREDIENTS

    A bowl of home made paneer (cottage cheese)
    2-21/2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 onions, chopped
    A bowl of peas
    1 1/2 tsp of green chillies, chopped
    2 tbsp of garlic ginger paste
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 haldi (turmeric powder)
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    Few coriander leaves for garnish
    2 tbsp of oil

DIRECTIONS

Add the oil into the kadai/ deep frying pan
Add the garlic-ginger paste
Stir well until golden brown
Add the onions
Stir well until onions are soft
Add the tomatoes
Add the salt
Add the red chilli powder and haldi powder (turmeric powder)
Add the green chillies
Add a few coriander leaves
Add the leaves
Add ½ a bowl of water
Cook the peas for 3-4 mins with the lid on
Mix well
Add the paneer
Add a few green chillies
Add a few coriander leaves
Mix well
Paneer burji is ready
