Veg Recipe: Paneer & Capsicum Bhaji

An easy capsicum and paneer dish, which goes perfectly well with hot phulkas or rotis.

Veg Recipe: Paneer & Capsicum Bhaji

1. Heat 1 to 11/2 tbsp of oil

2. Once the oil is heated add the 1/2 tbsp jeera

3. Add 1/4 tbsp haldi

4. Add the chopped tomato

5. Add the chopped onions

6. Mix everything together

7. Once the onions and tomatoes become soft add the capsicum

8. Add 1 tbsp of mixed masala

9. Add salt according to taste

10. Add the paneer now. If added earlier it tends to break
