Firstly, saute capsicum for 2-3 minutes in some oil. Then add boiled potato and crumbled paneer. Drizzle chili powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt on top.
Mix well and shape into cylindrical shaped sticks. Keep aside.
Now, add butter onto the tawa and roast leftover chapathi or wraps on both sides until they warm up.
Place the roasted chapathi or wrap on a flat surface. Slather a generous amount of tomato sauce on top.
Then, make a bed of lettuce, carrot and onion in the centre of the chapathi.
Place the prepared cylindrical stuffing of paneer and aloo on top. Cover it with green chutney.
Fold the bottom of the chapathi, followed by the sides. Roll the frankie into aluminium foil or butter paper.
Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
