INGREDIENTS
Crumbled paneer 1/2 kg
Corn flour 1 teaspoon.
Salt
Cheese grated
Badam sliced
Oil to fry koftas
Tomato paste 1 cup
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon.
Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon.
Dhaniya 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander to garnish
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon red chili powder
DIRECTIONS
Mash the grated paneer by adding cornflour and salt.
Make round balls out of them and stuff cheese and almonds in between.
Deep fry the paneer koftas until they turn golden brown in color For the Gravy:
Ina pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, onion paste and mix them together until they turn golden brown in color.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, water and mix them for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomato puree and water and let it boil for a minute.
Add the fried paneer kofta to the gravy and cook it for more 1-2 minutes.
Paneer kofta is ready to serve.
