Make this Navratri Vrat season extra special and extra tasty! Cook along with Chef Pallavi and make savoury Paneer Paranthas with Desi Atta Company’s Upwas Parantha Atta. Enjoy this parantha with cool curd and mint chutney and share the Navratri happiness with your friends and family!

INGREDIENTS

    Upwaas ka aata: 1 cup
    Boiled Potato, peeled & mashed: 2
    Grated paneer: 1 cup
    Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
    Chopped Coriander: 2 tablespoons
    Sendha namak to taste
    Ghee for cooking

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add small amounts of water to knead a stiff dough.
Now roll out small portions of the dough in paratha shape.
Cook the paratha over a flat pan, on both sides, until golden brown in colour.
Your Paneer Paratha is ready to serve.
