Party Appetiser: Devilled Eggs
The easiest appetiser to whip up when guests come over unannounced.
1. Begin by boiling and peeling the eggs.
2. Cut them in half and remove the egg yolks in a bowl.
3. To that add mustard,mayonaise, salt, pepper, spring onions and mix well.
4. Pour this mix into a butter paper cone and pipe it into the hollow egg whites.
5. Garnish and serve.
