In a pan add in the spicy jaggery and let it melt
Add the bengal gram, cardamom powder and mix it all together
Prepare a refined flour dough
Stuff the jaggery mixture in the dough and roll it out
Cook the parrapu poli on both the sides by adding ghee for 2-3 minutes.
Parrapu poli is ready to serve
