    1/3 cup non-fat plain yoghurt
    Few sprigs of Baby Spinach
    1 tbsp Peanuts
    1 cup Frozen Banana Slices
    80 ml Frozen Strawberry Puree
    Butter
    1-2 teaspoons honey

DIRECTIONS

Skip the peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and try this smoothie instead!

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients with honey and blend to an exotic smoothie.

2. Serve cold.
