INGREDIENTS
1 small dried red chilli
½ tsp black pepper
½ a lime sized ball of tamarind
½ a tomato
1 tsp salt
Coriander for garnishing
Water
DIRECTIONS
Soak the tamarind in a little bit of water for about 10 minutes
Squeeze the soaked tamarind well
Bring the tamarind to a boil and add the tomatoes and salt
Boil the ingredients together till the tomatoes are cooked nicely
As the tomatoes are cooking, grind the pepper and red chilli and mix the powder well
