INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp hot Mexican sauce
¼ cup bread crumbs
4 slices of Tomatoes
Half an Onion (Sliced)
2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 egg (whisked)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp olive oil
100 grams meat (shredded)
DIRECTIONS
For Onion toppings:
Add oil to the pan
Add the sliced onions
Allow them to sauté for a while.
For patties:
Add Mexican hot sauce to the shredded meat
Put in the garlic
Add black pepper powder
Put in the egg
Add bread crumbs slowly so that everything comes together
Mix the ingredients well
Tip: to make the whole thing crispier add more bread crumbs
Take some oil on the palm
Rub the palms together so that the oil does not feel sticky
Pinch a portion out of the mixture
Shape the whole thing into a round patty
Tip: coat the patties in bread crumbs for better texture
