Pickles Of India : Fresh Turmeric Pickle
Ambe Halad is an ingredient full of medicinal properties and this pickle recipe will give it a chatpata flavour! Made with a handful of ingredients like mango ginger, Emami Healthy and Tasty Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil and a host of spices, it's an instant taste booster.
Mango ginger: 2
Chilli: 4 - 5
Hing: 1/2 teaspoon
Rai dal: 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 4
Salt to taste
Fenugreek seeds: 7 - 8
Emami Mustard Oil: tablespoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
In a Kadai add oil and then the masalas.
Add mango ginger, ginger and chilli.
Mix it well and switch off the flame Then add lime juice in the pickle
Your pickle is ready to store. Enjoy!
