Ditch your traditional pickles and go off beat with this Suran Ka Pickle/Achar. Made with an assortment of spices and Emami Healthy and Tasty Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil, it'll add a burst of flavour to your regular meals.

INGREDIENTS

    Suran: 200 grams
    Emami Mustard Oil: 150 grams
    Garlic, green chilli, ginger paste: 4 tablespoons
    Amchur powder: 2 teaspoons
    Turmeric powder: 2 teaspoons
    Red chilli powder: 2 teaspoons

DIRECTIONS

For 200 gm yam-cut it into small square pieces.
Take garlic, green chilli and ginger, make a paste of all three.
Heat 150-gram mustard oil n allow it to cool Take a mixing bowl, add mustard oil, amchur, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and chopped yam Mix it well.
Store in a bottle and keep in sunlight for 6-7 days Yummy pickle is ready.to eat
