For 200 gm yam-cut it into small square pieces.
Take garlic, green chilli and ginger, make a paste of all three.
Heat 150-gram mustard oil n allow it to cool Take a mixing bowl, add mustard oil, amchur, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and chopped yam Mix it well.
Store in a bottle and keep in sunlight for 6-7 days Yummy pickle is ready.to eat
