Lemon Pickle/Nimbu Ka Achar gives you a burst of sweet and tangy flavours with every bite! This all-time favourite pickle is made with lemon, Emami Healthy and Tasty Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil and an array of spices that give your everyday meal a tangy twist.

INGREDIENTS

    Chopped lemon: 15 - 20
    Rai Dal: 1 tablespoon
    Red chilli powder: 2 tablespoons
    Emami Mustard Oil
    Sugar: 5 tablespoons
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Cut the lemon into small pieces and keep it in a plate
Take all the masala and add them to the lemons, mix well and keep aside. 3.Heat oil and then add the lemon and bring a boil. 4.After cooling the pickle, add it to the jar and keep it for 4-5 days and then enjoy it.
