Pista Badam Thandai - Holi Special Recipe

Holi, the festival of colours is incomplete without this refreshing थंडाई - Thandai. Infused with the richness of almonds, pistachios and varied spices, it is a treat to have after you've played to your heart's content on Holi.

Pista Badam Thandai - Holi Special Recipe

In a pan, add cucumber seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, poppy seeds.

Saute them nicely, until they change color.

Let them cool down and then grind it in a mixer.

In a bowl add water, sugar, Almond- Pistachio paste and above mixture.

Mix them well.

Take 2 glasses, pour some tablespoons of mixture that we've prepared and add milk.

Mix them well and your Thandai is ready.
