INGREDIENTS

    Eggs
    Vinegar
    Lettuce
    Mushrooms
    Black Pepper
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Fry the garlic followed by mushrooms. Season it.

2. Take another pan and pour some water. Put some vinegar.

3. Once it starts simmering, lower the flame and break the eggs.

4. Plate it and serve.
