Heat a pan and add the poha in it. Roast it till slightly brown in colour. Once that is done keep it aside.
Then add little oil to the pan and add peanuts in it. Roast it well and then keep it aside.
Add some more oil and then add cashew nuts, dried coconut & raisins and roast them well till they turn golden brown.
Now to make the tadka, add oil to the pan and then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, green chilies, curry leaves & turmeric powder and fry it well.
Then add the poha mixture into the tadka and mix it well so that all the dry ingredients are coated with the tadka
