In a bowl add some wheat flour, gram flour, semolina, sugar, salt, Ching’s Chicken 65 Masala & water. Knead it into a soft dough. Keep adding water as and when required.
Once the dough is well kneaded, keep it aside for 10-15 mins to rest.
After the dough is well rested, pull out a bit of the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.
Using a cookie cutter cut out the poori’s. If you don’t want to use the cutter,just take smaller balls of the dough and then flatten it.
Once all the poori’s have been rolled out, put them into the hot oil and fry them.
