Nothing can beat the taste of tea with garama garam Prawns Bhaji /Prawns Pakora paired with a spicy dip to devour this monsoon. It's time you move over the same old Aloo and Pyaaz Pakode and instead try these crispy n crunchy nonveg pakora's by Archana tai

INGREDIENTS

    Prawns: 1 cup
    1 Finely chopped onion
    Finely chopped coriander
    Garlic, ginger, and green chili paste: 1 tablespoon
    Salt to taste
    Mix Masala: 1 tablespoon
    Water as required
    Oil to fry
    Besan: 1 cup

DIRECTIONS

– Heat oil in a kadhai or pan
– Meanwhile, add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl except oil.
– Add besan to the mixture and slowly pour in water, to form a thickish consistency.
– Pour in a spoonful of the batter at a time and deep fry for few minutes
– Serve hot with pudina chutney or any chutney of your choice
