Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chili, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fresh coconut and tamarind paste for dry paste.
In a pan add oil, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, dry red chili, chopped onion, salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, prawns, prepared dry paste and mix them together.
Cook them for 5-6 minutes.
Prawns sukha is ready to serve.
