Are you craving some yummy sea food this weekend? Try this easy and delicious Mangalorian Style Prawns Sukke Recipe By Raji. The recipe uses an aromatic dry paste that you're bound to love.

INGREDIENTS

    15 King Prawns (shelled, deveined and cleaned)
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 cup chopped Tomato
    1 inch Ginger, chopped
    3 Garlic Flakes, crushed
    2 Green Chili, chopped
    1 tsp Mustard seed
    Curry Leaves, few springs
    1 Dry Red Chili
    1 tbsp Oil
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    For the Dry Paste:
    2 tsp Coriander seeds, roasted
    1 tsp Cumin seeds, roasted
    6-7 Dry Red Chili, roasted
    1/4 Mustard seeds, roasted
    a pinch of Fenugreek seeds, roasted
    1/2 cup Fresh Coconut, grated
    2 tbsp Tamarind paste

DIRECTIONS

Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chili, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fresh coconut and tamarind paste for dry paste.
In a pan add oil, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, dry red chili, chopped onion, salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, prawns, prepared dry paste and mix them together.
Cook them for 5-6 minutes.
Prawns sukha is ready to serve.
