- Heat oil and butter in a pan.
- Add cumin seed, green chilli, onions, tomato, salt , crushed ginger garlic and mix it well. Let it cook for about 5 to 10 min.
- Add blanched palak, paneer, garam masala, water, fresh coriander and let it cook for 5 min.
- Serve hot with Roti/Paratha.
