Learn how to easily cook Punjabi Style Palak Paneer in Marathi by Archana Arte only on India Food Network.

INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients
    1 tbsp Oil
    1 tbsp Butter
    1 tsp Cumin Seed
    1 Green Chilli
    2 Onions
    1 Tomato
    Salt To Taste
    1 tbsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
    1 Cup Spinach Puree
    150 gms Paneer
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    1/2 cup Water
    Fresh Coriander

DIRECTIONS

Method:

– Heat oil and butter in a pan.

– Add cumin seed, green chilli, onions, tomato, salt , crushed ginger garlic and mix it well. Let it cook for about 5 to 10 min.

– Add blanched palak, paneer, garam masala, water, fresh coriander and let it cook for 5 min.

– Serve hot with Roti/Paratha.
