1 cup flour
3 powdered green cardamom
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoon milk
½ cup mava
Bourbon biscuit 2 packets
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 cup water
Refined oil as required
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1. In a bowl, make soft dough using flour, oil, salt, water.
2. On other side make stuffing with grated mava, crushed bourbon, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix well.
3. Roll a part of dough and now stuff it and again roll them.
