    Cucumber
    Salt
    Asafoetida
    Peanut Powder
    Chillies
    Lemon Juice
    Sugar
    Coriander Leaves
    Coconut

DIRECTIONS

If you, like Roopa are tired of eating the baked potato snacks this Navratri, make this delicious cucumber peanut salad. Learn how to make a fresh and light Khamag Kakdi at home.

Method:

1. Take the cucumber that is peeled and chopped and season it with salt.

2.  Squeeze the extract out and transfer the cucumber to another bowl.

3. Add asafoetida, peanut powder, scraped coconut, chillies, lemon juice and sugar and mix well.

4. Add some chopped coriander leaves next and toss it well.
