Quick and Easy Khamang Kakdi

1. Take the cucumber that is peeled and chopped and season it with salt.
2. Squeeze the extract out and transfer the cucumber to another bowl.
3. Add asafoetida, peanut powder, scraped coconut, chillies, lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
4. Add some chopped coriander leaves next and toss it well.
