1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee
2. Once the ghee has heated, add the chopped sweet potatoes
3. Now add 1 cup milk
4. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well.
5. Add 1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder.
6. Reduce the flame and cover with a lid for a few minutes.
7. Garnish with some chopped almonds (badam).
8. Ready to serve.
