Quick Dips: Two-Way Hummus
Why opt for store-bought hummus when you can make it at home, that too with a twist?
1. In a blender, add chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and tahini paste.
2. Blend well until it turns into a fine paste.
3. Garnish with jalepenos and red chilli powder and serve.
4. To make the next dip, add chickpeas, beetroot, orange juice, tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and mix everything well.
5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
