Quick Homemade Elaichi Shrikhand
A delicious Indian sweet to end your meals with, this elaichi shrikhand is easy to make and is guarenteed to be wiped out in no time.
1. In a strainer, with a bowl underneath, add in yogurt and leave it for about 3-4 hours.
2. Once strained, transfer it into a bowl, add in powdered sugar, cardamom powder, saffrom milk and whisk.
3. Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled.
