A very popular Middle-Eastern dip, "Hummus" is tasty, nutritious and extremely easy to make! Watch to learn how!

INGREDIENTS

    chickpeas
    basil leaves
    salt
    roasted pine nuts
    lime
    garlic cloves
    olive oil
    tabasco sauce
    tomato puree

DIRECTIONS

  • Drop chickpeas, pine nuts, garlic cloves into the mixer and add a dash of lime
  • Next add salt, olive oil Tabasco sauce and tomato puree
  • Blitz!
  • Open the cover of the mixer to add the basil leaves
  • Blend well
  • Serve the dip with Pita bread
