The perfect cocktail party appetiser, this prawn fry recipe is bound to make all your guests drool.

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup Prawns
    1 tsp Bottle Masala
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 slit green chillies
    1 inch minced ginger
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup tamarind pulp
    chopped coriander for garnish
    oil
    salt

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, add in prawns, ginger garlic chili paste, salt, chili powder, vinegar and mix well.

2. Coat these with rava and deep fry the prawns.

3. Garnish and serve hot.
