Pep-up a boring meal with this quick okra stir-fry.

INGREDIENTS

    Bhindi (ladyfinger)
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
    1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    salt according to taste
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
    coriander for garnish
    3-4 kokam
    2-3 tsp oil

DIRECTIONS

1. In a heated pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoeteda, coriander and lady finger.

2. Add in kokum and salt and mix well.

3. Let it cook for a while. Garnish and serve.
