Easy

A dry mutton recipe that can be cooked in minutes. It is one of the most popular Maharashtrian mutton recipes.

INGREDIENTS

    1/2 kg mutton
    2 tbsp oil
    1 cup water to cook
    1 tomato finely chopped
    2 onions finely chopped
    1 bowl green paste (coriander, 10-12 garlic paste, 1/2 inch ginger)
    2 tsp mix garam masala
    1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp red chilli powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate the mutton with green masala, haldi and salt.

2. Take a pressure cooker. Fry the onions and tomatoes.

3. Put the masalas and add the mutton.

4. Wait until 3 whistles on high flame. Reduce the flame and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
