1. Begin by buttering both the bread slices.
2. Spread the chutney and mayo on the slices as well and add in all the other ingredients.
3. In a bowl, beat an egg alsong with some salt, pepper, chili and oregano.
4. Dip all sides of the sandwich in the egg and cook it on a pan.
4. Cut and serve.
