Method of preparation Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients including the rajgira atta and make a dough.
Make small balls of it. Roll in-between plastic sheet.
Heat oil to fry.
Once the oil is heated, gently fry the kachoris till they are puffed up.
