Who says you can’t enjoy a crispy-crunchy snack during Navratri Vrat? Here’s a simple yet delicious Vrat-recipe by Chef Pallavi, where she makes Kachori with Desi Atta Company’s Rajgira Atta. A perfect masaledaar snack for any day of the Vrat season!

INGREDIENTS

    Rajgira atta: 1 cup
    Potatoes (medium) peeled & mashed: 2
    Chopped green chilli: 1/2 teaspoon
    Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
    Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
    Sendha namak to taste
    Ghee: 2 tablespoons
    Oil to deep fry

DIRECTIONS

Method of preparation Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients including the rajgira atta and make a dough.
Make small balls of it. Roll in-between plastic sheet.
Heat oil to fry.
Once the oil is heated, gently fry the kachoris till they are puffed up.
