Make your Navratri Vrat a little more interesting with this recipe of Rajgira Thalipeeth made with Desi Atta Company’s Rajgira Atta! Cook along with Chef Pallavi as she prepares this spicy Vrat recipe with this amazing fasting flour!

INGREDIENTS

    Rajgira flour: 1 cup
    Boiled potatoes medium, peeled and mashed: 2
    Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
    Green chilli finely chopped 1 teaspoon
    Chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
    Roasted peanuts crushed 1/2 cup
    Sendha namak to taste
    Ghee to make the Thalipeeth

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, add everything together and knead in a dough On a stick tawa.
Add 1 tsp of oil or ghee.
Take a small quantity of prepared dough, place it on the tawa.
Now spread the dough on the tawa using your hands.
Now switch the heat on, prick holes on the prepared thalipeeth, drizzle some ghee from the side. Now cook till golden brown on each side.
