1. In a blend, add moong dal, chana dal, green chillies, ginger and water. Blend it all together and take the mixture out in a bowl.
2. In the mixture, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fresh coriander. Mix it well.
3. Take small portions of the mixture and deep fry it till its golden brown.
4. Take it out in a plate and dress it with green chutney, garnish with radish and drizzle some lemon juice. Serve.
