We’re giving you the ultimate Ramzaan snack! The crispy and crunchy Warqi Samosa is a layered samosa stuffed with a chicken masala mixture. Devour this delectable dish with a refreshing dip of your choice.

INGREDIENTS

    1. Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
    2. Spring onion (green part) ½ cup
    3. Green coriander 3 tbsp
    4. Green chilies 2 tsp
    5. Salt ½ tbsp. (to taste)
    6. Coriander 1 ½ tsp
    7. Turmeric ¼ tsp
    8. Chaat masala ½ tsp
    9. Garam Masala spice ½ tsp
    10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    11. Oil
    12. Samosa Patti 12-15
    13. Water and flour slurry

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil chicken and shred it.
2. In a pan heat oil, add ginger- garlic paste and sauté then add chicken and mix well.
3. Add green coriander, chillies, turmeric, spring onion, and garam masala. Add a little bit of water and cover. Let it cook for 1-2 minute. 4. Take samosa patti, fold it and fill with masala and glue the patti with the help of slurry.
5. Heat oil in a wok. Fry samosa until golden brown.
