1. Boil chicken and shred it.
2. In a pan heat oil, add ginger- garlic paste and sauté then add chicken and mix well.
3. Add green coriander, chillies, turmeric, spring onion, and garam masala. Add a little bit of water and cover. Let it cook for 1-2 minute. 4. Take samosa patti, fold it and fill with masala and glue the patti with the help of slurry.
5. Heat oil in a wok. Fry samosa until golden brown.
