Procedure:
- In a bowl, line half the quantity of rasgullas neatly
- Mix the powdered sugar with the whipped cream and layer it on top of the rasgullas
- Layer half the quantity of the mango cubes on top of the whipped cream
- Instead of mangoes, you can also use strawberries, kiwis, pineapple etc.
- Sprinkle the toasted and baked cashew nuts on top
- Create one more layer of the rasgullas
- Add another layer of the sweetened whipped cream on top
- Add the remaining mango cubes on top, followed by some more cashew nuts
- Garnish the parfait with some more whipped cream
- Lastly, place the wafer sticks on the parfait
- Allow the dessert to chill for 2 hours
