In a bowl, add curd, mint leaves, rava and salt to taste.
Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chana dal, cumin seeds onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and curry leaves.
Stir it well Now, add carrot and beans to the masala mixture.
Switch off the flame and add grated coconut
Take a mixing bowl, add the masala mixture with rava mixture
Heat appam mold and grease with oil.
Pour a ladle of batter Drizzle with oil and cook on both sides till done.
Grate some cheese on top if required and serve hot.
