This popular Maharashtrian dish is quite a treat to your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS

    Oil
    Water
    1/2 bowl rava (semolina)
    1 1/2 bowl rice flour
    4-5 tsp grated coconut
    3-4 dried red chillies finely chopped
    Salt according to taste
    3-4 chopped garlic cloves
    1 spring onion finely chopped
    Coriander according to requirement

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, mix in flour, grated coconut, chillies, salt, garlic, coriander and water.

2. Mix well and add this mix to a heated pan with oil.

3. Make thaalipeeth, cook well on both sides and serve hot.
