Raw Mango Cooler: Kacchi Kairi Ki Sharbat
A refreshing glass of aam panna or raw mango sharbat is the perfect summer cooler. It's easy to prepare - all you need is pulped raw mango and a few spices and black salt handy. Watch the video for the detailed recipe.
Take a saucepan and add chopped raw mango, sugar and water. Let it boil for few minutes.
Puree the mixture and pour it into a jar. Add powdered sugar, cumin powder, rock salt, black salt, ginger powder and a handful of mint leaves.
Pour water into the jar and add a few ice-cubes.
Your sweet and tangy mango sharbat is ready to serve.
