    2 whole eggs
    ¼ tspn chopped tomatoes
    ¼ tspn green chillies
    1 tbsp Milk
    ¼ tspn Pepper
    ½ tspn spinach (optional )
    2 tbsp Cheese (any )
    Salt

Method:

1. Start off by cracking your eggs in a bowl and add the salt and milk. Whisk them well.

2. Put the eggs in a hot pan and add spinach, tomatoes, pepper and cheese on top.

3. Let it cook well on both sides.

4. Serve hot.
