Recipe: A Homely Mustard Pabda Fish Curry

Ananya Banerjee brings you a super easy Bengali fish curry, Pabda fish cooked in mustard gravy. This easy yet finger licking good recipe is bound to get you appreciation from friends and family.
Method:
1. Apply turmeric and salt to the pabda fish. Heat 1 tbs oil in a
nonstick pan. Fry the fish from both sides. Drain and keep aside.
2. Add 1 tbs oil to the remaining oil. Heat the oil. Add kalojire and
cook for a few seconds. Add the prepared mustard paste and
turmeric powder. Cook till moisture dries. Add water, salt to taste
and green chillies. Bring the gravy to a boil. Add the fried fish and
cook till the gravy reduces.
3. Drizzle some mustard oil and garnish with coriander leaves
